4yFirst and foremost, thank you for the 3+ years you have dedicated to working at SoFi! We appreciate your candid review. We utilize Glassdoor to not only give candidates a glimpse into what it’s like to work at SoFi, but also to compile, listen to and act on feedback from our employees - so we take your review very seriously.
Many of your comments are not indicative of the type of culture we are trying to build. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, included, and able to contribute. That starts with having a world-class management team. We recently hired a Learning & Development leader who is focused on manager excellence. We will soon roll out a series of trainings to give all SoFi managers the tools and resources to support and inspire their teams.
Lastly, we highly encourage you to explore some of the support resources we have for employees around mental health and burnout by visiting the Benefits Mall or reaching out to our Benefits team directly.
