Pros

SoFi treats their employees very well, they celebrate birthdays, holidays, and employee appreciation. The pay is good. They have weekly team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page with changes or updates.

Cons

When there were issues, there were no direct answers on how to solve them because the product was new. They focus too much on customer surveys and not work ethic.

Great CEO, good growth opportunities and interesting work. Have worked at a lot of finance/fintechs, SoFi is the best by a long shot.

Benefits could be better, less competitive than other fintechs
