The Company is very good in hiring the upper management staff of diplomatic person who are excellent in saying “We are also an Employee like you and we didn’t have anything in our hands and they are too good in saying sorry after misbehaving with you".
Cons
They didn’t have such potential to have a face-to-face talk with the employee whom they are firing, as they don’t have any reason behind it. Secondly, they show that they are Microsoft Certified Gold Level Partner, do go and ask them did you can prove it. And for sure, they will have no answer other than that “You are getting rude to them”. Main objective of the Company is to “Make the people Hire and then make them Fire within a Month”. It will be blunder mistake of your life, if you join this company after reading this review. Right from the HR department to the CEO of the Company every person is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to work in a professional environment.
