• Great work culture. • Non-hierarchical structure in company. • Salary used to credit to respective bank account on-time. • Company meeting organized yearly.
Cons
• Cultural values are fading. • Low salary revision, not meeting industry standards, even you are doing excellent. • Top management is good but the middle management lacks people management skills, and few of them are quite egoist. • Low work life balance.
