9yDear Colleague - thank you for taking the time to write this feedback. If you are open to it, I would appreciate connecting directly confidentially so I can understand your views in more detail.
We are about to publish the results from our annual employee engagement survey and I hope as always this will give us further opportunity to reflect and improve.
As you have mentioned our new MD for Australia has not been in the role for long and is also evolving and adpating to the company - I am sure this feedback will be a chance to learn and improve also. As with any company, we have tasked him with harnessing a high performance team and this will of course also mean change as we address under performance - we will support him to achieve this and as we are all aware, he is as accountable for the results as anyone. It's great that you respect our COO and an advantage that he is also based in APAC. I have shared this feedback with him also and will try to ensure that you and the rest of the Australia business grow and perform as much as possible in the coming months an beyond.
