      I have been working at SoftwareONE (More than 1 years) You get work from home only if your manager likes you. Free Cabs which can be stopped any day.

      Cons

      You will feel Un-secure every day heere Lot of Cost Cuttings , No Career Plan . One of the wrost department is GSDC No Transparency, Politics, favoritism for a few individuals No values of employees Team Leaders do not listen to any issues Your Salary structure can be changed anytime without your Consent
