If toy have the time -please let them know what they are doing well so they canshare that with other colleagues too! I would actually agree with you and say that over the last 2 years our turnoverhas been higher than before (but not high as an industry average - in fact we are one of the best companies for tenure in our field) - this unfortunately is a direct result of change and even stronger focus on performance for our customers as we grow. We set a high bar and but this is also a key part of our work environment - collaborating with high performers.
