As both myself and the CEO or based in the region, perhaps I could ask you to connect to either of us or the regional leader so we can understand what is creating this impression and then we can take action as necessary.       Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
