Left alone most of the time Great office culture if you like getting pissed Promotion is available if you are ruthless & ambitious Could be a lot worse
Cons
Little or no real support Incestuous promotion scheme No real cost of living pay increasing (no pay-rises) Lower management is generally poor (no training provided) No real Leadership (lots of lip service) - manage up not down Culture seems to be mainly alcohol orientated Culture & Values is a myth Still operating as a Sales first, second & third business (same culture)
