-Fridays WFH -The other reps in the same role supporting or open communication of supporting one another when things got rough.
Cons
-5 month waiting period until first bonus -Ulimited PTO is not UNLIMITED- It is limited to if you put it in two weeks prior to taking it. -leadership is not trustworthy from a global level-If not in writing, don't believe it. -do not look to be babysat or provided grace as the company is looking for performance, so if you plan to do anything outside of that chances the role will be much more difficult. -work life balance is balanced if you plan appriorately, otherwise there is not one.
