Pros
I spent most of my professional life with a large international IT company with plenty of bureaucracy and felt like just another employee. Although I have been with SoftwareONE for only a few weeks, I am convinced this company is very different and its core values are real. The solutions SoftwareONE offer are second to none when it comes to Software Portfolio Management, the company is focused on employee satisfaction and the leadership is accessible and willing to help in any way they can. It is early in my career at SoftwareONE, but I can see myself growing this business with a lot of success and I see a path to retirement. Don’t pass up the opportunity to become a member of the SoftwareONE team!
Cons
There is a lot of great information/material available through the corporate intranet but it sometimes takes a bit of a treasure hunt to find the best information/material. However, we are in transition to a new intranet site and things will be more organized as we complete the migration.
