Management is too stupid to do their own jobs, so the future of ai dependance they are forcing on employees will eventually replace them.
Cons
Literally everything else about them. Terrible pay well below national averages, horrible business decisions that prove how nepotism does not provide competent leadership, horrendously increasing use and forced expectations of use of ai in absolutely everything, no realistic opportunity for advancement, pay raises are an absolute joke and insult to employees, and you are liable to be fired without warning or notice purely because of changes in management and your position will never be backfilled. Oh, and the business models are so old that Google is newer than how they approach issues and solutions.
