      Es estable, pagan a tiempo, beneficio de poliza de salud

      Cons

      -te miden el tiempo de movimiento del mouse diario, -te hacen video llamada para validar si estas en la oficina o no. -obligatorio ir a la oficina 3 o mas dias a la semana aunque tu equipo este remoto en otros paises -hay mucho codigo legado en los proyectos

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
