Thank you for the feedback. I do believe we pay competitively and I know we have very good benefits as we benchmark them with our benefits broker every year.
Thank you for the feedback on a management training program. My team is in the process of laying out a road map of manager training that we will be launching in September. We are excited about the content we have created/will leverage, and look forward to getting both current and prospective managers and supervisors trained.
Thank you for the suggestion of guest speakers. I think that is a good idea that we will pilot.
