      La mayoría de la gente, que lamentablemente 6 de cualquier forma, se termina yendo por la ineptitud de la empresa

      Dirigido a upper management: mediocres, falsos, avariciosos. No cumplen. No hay flexibilidad a comparación de otras empresas. No hay rumbo, no retienen talento. Un caos total

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
