      Nothing so good to join this organisation. They are simply lost.

      Cons

      Hire & Fire culture. let go people for no reason. Higher management doesn't have proper strategy or direction. Bad management.

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
