Pros

None, This company is rife with unethical and toxic leadership and puts policies in place to actively make employees lives worse

Cons

This text box is not long enough for me to express the issues I have with this organization. The leadership team would see themselves win an ego measuring contest against a peer than do anything helpful for the company or their employees. They treat staff as an expendable tool and nothing more. Their pay is high because they bring you in to do the dirty work then lay you off and backfill you with someone else after you create the documentation and plan. No one wants to be there, you will never get any sort of encouragement or even plan from the C-Suite, they will be too busy getting their Million dollar bonuses and flying themselves to executive retreats to decide to once again suspend employee bonuses and raises. If you are considering this place, Don't. I will be shocked to see solera even exist in 5 years. Its brittle infrastructure, feckless leadership, and culture of toxicity will either lead to rampant fraud that kills the place or Vista will sell it for parts because they can't get their IPO off the ground.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
