      big company, job security, 401k

      Cons

      Being very behind and cheap on technology/IT services increases workload significantly. Employees either find a way to operate without cost or work it out manually. Too many meetings and unclear career development.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
