      Pros

      Solvay cares deeply about its employees and their well-being, both inside and outside the company. There are many initiatives regarding mental health and work-life balance throughout the year. The relationship between management and employees is natural and marked by a great deal of respect for individuality.

      Cons

      Solvay has its processes very well defined but somewhat complex in the sense that the large volume of actions divided among the various teams can lead to dissatisfaction.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
