      Pros

      They focus heavily on training, so it's good for a first job opportunity. Working in a shared service centre can be challenging, but it gives you the opportunity to experience several areas of Human Resources and learn about labour realities in different countries. Very interesting environment for a curious, results-driven, with a strong client focus and problem-solving skills.

      Cons

      The salary wasn't good, and career growth was pretty slow.

      Pros

      Great benefits overall when it comes to medical, 401k match and other benefits.

      Cons

      Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
