Pros
Great benefits, very good non-monetary perks. Excellent place if you are the type of person who believes in "I don't want career progression because it means more work". You get yearly increments while doing the same work.
Cons
Top and middle management heavy, no chance for growth. No new blood, direction is to outsource. Too many bosses to report to.
