Pros
Once had leading edge product and the culture was to be the best of the best in the industry and in customer satisfaction.
Cons
Executive management too insulated from customer and consumer issues. Management is overly concerned with looking good or appearing to toe-the-line than speaking out about realities of the market place. Seems they are more concerned with cutting costs and services than listening to people in the front lines.
