Our development team constantly looks for ways to improve and clarify the information presented on our website and mobile app. We aim to make everything as user-friendly, fair and accurate as possible, as we completely understand and agree that all shown information should make it easy for you as a massage therapist to operate - including the map/location of an appointment and the client/therapist ratings.
We actually do have a process If you ever want to dispute a rating, you can contact Therapist Support, and we would be happy to review the circumstances with you.
We are also proud to say that we pay our massage therapists a much higher base pay than most regular spas and clinics (usually 2-3 times more). As a result of the increased base pay, we inform our clients that they are not expected to tip (it is marketed as “included”), but that our massage therapists are definitely allowed to accept it. The vision is for us to allow all of our massage therapists to be able to create their own schedule and have a steady amount of appointments, for a stress-free and flexible lifestyle, thanks to our on-demand structure and higher base pay.
