      Cons

      Terrible management, no direction, ships bad parts, expects you to kiss managements a** when talking to them. Overall terrible company unless you want free food. Also pay is terrible

      Pros

      Good job security and the profit sharing bonus is good if the month is good. Company is growing bigger so I would imagine 5 years from now, that bonus will be bigger.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about. It varies in departments.

      -They actually care about training their engineers and you will have a great support system to have sucuess -The company lunch was great

      Cons

      -Pay is extremly low that it is too hard to ignore
