      Lots of good hands on engineering experience Good balance of project responsibility and small team collaboration Variety of challenging projects that keeps work interesting Good group of coworkers Upper management sees the value in investing in technology and engineering development

      Cons

      Experience can vary greatly depending upon which department you are hired in Pay raises are mostly given in the form of opportunity for more OT hours

      Pros

      Good job security and the profit sharing bonus is good if the month is good. Company is growing bigger so I would imagine 5 years from now, that bonus will be bigger.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about. It varies in departments.

      -They actually care about training their engineers and you will have a great support system to have sucuess -The company lunch was great

      Cons

      -Pay is extremly low that it is too hard to ignore
