      No upward mobility. No higher positions to aspire to advance to. No title promotions or opportunities to mentor junior people.

      Work / life balance Unlimited PTO Great people to work alongside Manageable workload

      Cons

      New CEO. Replaced old CEO overnight and changed a lot of things. Went from hybrid 2 days a week in office to fully in office taking away a lot of the flexibility that was great about working for this company. No room for growth really.
