The environment is productive, great benefits, career path oriented goals.

There can be some internal drama somtimes.

Professionalism - everyone takes their job seriously and puts care into the decision-making process. Ideas are welcome and usually acted upon if they are value-adding for the company. I don't think you can ask for a better perspective from co-professionals. Fun - The workplace environment carries with it an essence of drive and hard work, but work is rewarded with play. We go out as a team to celebrate successes and forge friendships as a result. I don't think I've enjoyed working on a team as much as I have here. I believe it requires energy and drive to keep up, but it's the payoff is worth it :) Random - As a developer, I have nightmares about managers that approach me with buzz-words and say "make $buzz happen", without being able to defend its uses or the value it adds to the company. This never happens at Sparkcentral. Decisions are always defensible and we iterate quickly to reduce the costliness of mistakes.

The code base is rapidly evolving to meet client demand. Sometimes it's tough to keep our toolset (think Puppet scripts, CI deployment tools, etc...) up-to-date, but luckily management is forward-thinking and helps us keep up by giving us time to prioritize such improvements.
