Gordon built a great company but unfortunately his son does not take after him.
The CEO, Edward does not know how to lead a company. Acts on emotions and not facts. Does not follow core values "Do Your Best. Do What's Right. Treat Others the Way They Want to Be Treated” but expects everyone else to do so. I saw great leaders leave while I was there because they could not tolerate his behavior.
I could not deal with how good people were being treated and left after a few years once I realized it was not going to improve and no one was holding the CEO accountable.
