I have been working at Sport Clips full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    High pay, vacation, friendly environment

    Cons

Not everyone is treated the same

    Advice to Management

Sport Clips pays well with a structured 5 point play that works well helping to increase your commissions. You get paid vacation after 1 year which is extremely nice for those people with families and you can change your availability to suite your schedule. It's a friendly, family like environment.

    Pros

Sport Clips offers on-going education and a wide array of opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

No 401K or any other retirement benefits packages offered. The privilege to use Oster clippers whenever necessary is taken away!

    Advice to Management

Sport Clips should start offering retirement and medical benefit plans, as well as giving the team members the option to use clipper machines that they're comfortable using!

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, bonuses, base pay,

    Cons

Pay could be a little more on the manager side, and benefits would be nice to have. Stylist side, pay is great and it's nice that I can make my paycheck based on my performance

I have been working at Sport Clips full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nothing different from another salon/ barber shop

    Cons

Everything. No benefits, no set breaks, new pay scale doesn't help you out it makes you work twice as hard for the same amount of money. They don't care about their stylist and everyone is expendable

    Advice to Management

Without stylist you have no business act like it.
