      Pros

      Manager and team were nice and well organised. It was a zero-hour contact which was good for me at the time as I was a student so I could have any time off I needed. I enjoyed the job and the pay was ok after turning 21 (minimum wage increases)

      Cons

      Would have liked some more shifts, seemed to give the same people a lot of shifts and the pay is not great as it is minimum wage.

      Pros

      At the end of the day, I got paid, and I had the opportunity of learning from a variety of tasks and have nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor management. Being told informal comments criticizing the amount of water I drank. Lack of feedback or recognition. They required me to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, arguing that perhaps I would not be able to go because the shop was busy.
