I had a great team and enjoyed my job. Benefits are very good and employee health premiums are paid by Spreetail. Unlimited PTO. Hybrid with 2 completely remote months.
Cons
Your job will absolutely never be safe. Could come to an end without any warning and that stress is unhealthy. Upper management has no clue what is going on and they are drowning trying to figure it out. Things are changing everyday and they are going to burn a lot of people out with this approach. No room for advancement. No commission, but they kept promising it. No bonuses. No raises. They decided that bonuses and raises for 2022 would be paid out based on company performance of 2023 in 2024 IF you are still employed. Seems like an awfully convenient reason to fire everyone.
