Dysfunctional management and technology - Anonymous employee Spring Global Employee Review

Spring is the most dysfunctional and poorly managed company I have worked for in 25 years. Almost non-existent communication from CEO and C level management - for example in the 2 years I was there there was 1 group wide communication from the CEO. Constant revolving door of hires and fires with alleged big hitters being hired and usually lasting less than 6-8 months. No strategic direction, or none that was ever communicated outside C level. Intensely political as everyone concerned about being the next one to be fired to make it look as thought the C level were addressing issues. Dishonesty with clients to the point of outright lying. Technology is dated and poorly managed - constant firefighting to fix bugs and outages found by clients.
