Spring Global has a toxic environment where developers are blamed for everything that goes wrong. They deceive customers by claiming to have many people working on their features. In reality, developers are forced to work overtime every day, including weekends, under threats of job loss if promised deliveries to customers are not met. This relentless pressure has led to many developers suffering from burnout.
Management does not seek technical opinions from experienced developers on the feasibility of tasks. Instead, they promise customers that anything is possible within an unrealistic timeframe, driven solely by greed.
Most managers are incompetent and insecure, imposing their "technical" opinions despite having no technological knowledge. Technical decisions are made based on hierarchy rather than competency, disrupting the developers' work.
Spring Global is a deceitful company. They lie to customers and even post fake products on LinkedIn. The majority of positive reviews here were bought to inflate the company's score. It's shameful.
I do not recommend Spring Global to anyone who values their mental health.
