I have been working at Spring Global full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible, manage big accounts that compensate very well at the end, locations in different countries around the world, frequent traveling, learn new things.

    Cons

Big accounts take a long time to close, so commissions and bonuses are tide to those results.

    Advice to Management

Bring more of your operations to the US.

    Pros

Fun working environment To be honest I can’t think of anything else to say that would make this company look slightly good

    Cons

Low pay High expectations No integrity in the sales experience Fraternization within the company Low moral Lack of management skills (even at the lowest levels)

    Advice to Management

Hire people that aren’t going to lie and steal from employees. Still haven’t been payed for the pto I worked.

I worked at Spring Global full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Spring Wireless (now Spring Mobile Solution) is a vibrant place to work with many sharp folks.

      Cons

When I worked there (under the previous leadership team), there was a tendency to "over-promise and under-deliver" to both employees and customers.

      Advice to Management

Innovate. In the past SW was too slow to adapt the platform to meet the ever-changing needs of the client and implementations took way too long and carried too much risk for the customers.

I have been working at Spring Global full-time

      Pros

      - People are nice and very skilled professionals in most areas, especially in development (R&D and Professional Services) - Informal environment, developer friendly - Lots of internal opportunities for committed and ambitious professionals - Opportunity to work with top CPG brands as customers - Salary about market average

      Cons

      - Focus in certain geographies lately reduced focus in other important ones - Some internal processes are not as organized as they should be

I have been working at Spring Global full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Flexible hours. Good payment at start.

      Cons

They are still in 2014 but the rest of the world already arrivied at 2018. They truly believe that Virtual Machines on Azure is cloud computing and the all the employees on the same floor will make synergy emerges. A consolidated company that is moving to a co-working. No career opportunities at all.

      Advice to Management

Start to act like an IT company, home office should be very normal and also the employees should be motivated to learn new technologies.

I have been working at Spring Global full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

Decent pay... the only mechanism they have to make people stay is throwing money at them.

      Cons

Spring has already been a good place once, but then a lot of shifting happened and now we have people that have no experience occupying roles of Manager and Vice President just because they are old in the company. Some of these "leaders" just worked at Spring for their entire lives. These shouldn't be much of a problem if this group were more open-headed (we have competent developers), but they actually think that...

      Advice to Management

Trust your developers, they are competent and you're not.
