SN(parent Organization)and SNTPS(India subsidiary) are poles apart in term of HR policies: SNTPS:- HR policies are bad and goes worse during your exit formalities Exit policy is pathetic, Leaves are less as compared to market standards No career ladder or any documents for that, Hike letter will not given incase you are serving notice period although there is no policies anywhere mentioned in docs. Same with Variable pay, incase if you LWD is before variable pay release day, they are not going to give you any panny.
