Claim of unlimited vacation policy only in paper Free food couple of days (in this IT world who doesn't provide free food, funny they would list it on the job posting as a highlight)
Cons
False advertisement on job posting, ask about their current tech stack and their roadmap to move. If you are reading in 2018 and they still talk about moving to microservices - run Interview deals with algorithm question but in reality i was no were close to using that type of logic - challenge was money patching poorly written code no team spirit emotionally unstable manager - that was both funny and risky
