      Bon CE (sans être excellent) Horaire de travail souple

      Cons

      Bonus annuel qui n’est pas équitable si ce n’est pour les « gros » salaires. PEE assez faible qui n’est pas possible de faire abonder. Difficultés de communication entre service avec trop de sujet « tabou ». Management digne des années 70.

      Pros

      Great environment to learn and develop for future roles at better opportunities.

      Cons

      No vertical advancement, terrible annual pay increases that do not keep up with inflation. Job scope stretched well beyond what was originally expected and pay increases did not keep up at all. My advice would be go into this job with a strategy to learn as much as you can and then exit for something better paying after 1-3 years.
