Pros
They are willing to train the right individual. The health insurance is a traditional PPO. Working here is better than unemployment.
Cons
It's a good old boys club. If you (or your father) are not a member of the local country club, do not expect to advance and definitely expect for the credit of your hard work to go to someone else. There is little to no support - if it's on your desk, it is solely your problem. The culture is stiff. You have to pay for parking.
