Pros
Everything was very organized. Your time wasn't wasted trying to figure out how you were to go about doing what was asked from you. Which takes away from a lot of the stress that I've experienced at other companies.
Cons
i don't have much to complain about with steve madden. it was an over all great job experience and i learned a lot from it.
