    Discount on products but shoes are very much uncomfortable. Company itself is doing great with sales, so not much of pressure

    Disorganized, unprofessional environment, poor medical insurance, late hours, some people are very much arrogant, lack of support systems in overall

    I loved my team!

    Cons

    3 years no raise... And I met the standards when my reviews came. Always converted high, always a top seller.... Always strived to make goal , set the standard and kept the team motivated.

    Fight for your employees if they are worth keeping.

    Nice added commission if you're working the sales floor. Free Pair of shoes every 3 months

    Had to wear Steve Madden shoes, which aren't the most comfortable for an entire shift.

    Gained useful experience. There were also Friendly Co workers. Free breakfast on Fridays, free clothes, discount.

    Cons

    Political structure. High turnover. Unhappy work environment. Most leave after 2 years.
