Pros

- Top of the line MacBooks and other hardware needed for you to do your job (headphones, extra monitors, iPads) - Super fast-paced environment with a lot of room for growth and dedicated coaches that will point you to the right direction needed for your growth. Not for the faint-hearted though - Awesome teamwork within own department as well as with other departments - Direction of the company is very clear. Management team is always quick to change the business style to suit the current economic and market needs instead of waiting for pandemic to bankrupt us - Amazing HR team that is always open to communication and feedback and will constantly come to check on you or your players if necessary - Dedicated players from all departments. This is definitely the highlight of the company. All the players come together to help each other. Doesn't matter whether its their problems or issues, they are just there to resolve it. Very solution and result oriented.

Cons

- Too many software tools (sometimes they don't integrate well with each other) - Not enough resources in some departments (especially Care) but they are constantly hiring. But the most important thing is, they don't hire out of desperation and they will look for the best player to fit the job scope and culture. - No bonus but then it's to be expected as it's a start up company

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to weigh out the pros and cons of your work experience with StoreHub. Indeed, our work environment can be quite fast-paced, and we love the energy and ownership that Hubbers bring on this journey. Agreed, the pace we’ve set is not by accident; it’s really about staying on top of market trends and ensuring that our people and tools are always on the bleeding-edge (not literally!) We do get a lot of positive feedback about our Coaches, who not only keep us in the right direction, but who also take the time to closely guide and coach their teammates. Being solutions-oriented certainly brings our focus to important areas, helping us work with more intentionality. We would also like to address the suggestions you have offered: - We have tried out some softwares and tools to further optimise our work, and we understand that they don’t always function in the way we expect. Please continue to provide this feedback internally as well, so that we can find the most suitable tools for our needs. - Yes, we are continuing to hire! As we often hear, one of the best things about working in StoreHub is the people in our teams - so we will definitely continue to hire with purpose, having the right people in the right roles. - At StoreHub, we offer base salaries that are at the higher end of the salary range. There are some real advantages to this as opposed to the bonus scheme, which include the fixed higher income, more favourable taxes, and higher implied value at your next job. - Thank you for empathising about the challenges that the pandemic has brought. We’re pleased to also highlight that we have recently implemented a 6-Month 1:1 (on top of the monthly 1:1s) for more focused conversations on career aspirations, which is also a helpful checkpoint to discuss progressions and salaries. We are really touched that you wrote such detailed feedback about what you like in your StoreHub work experience as well as what you think we can improve on. Your words of affirmation and support mean a lot to us. Lastly, it’s awesome that you did shout outs to the different departments for the great work they’ve been doing! Thank you.

Pros

- Great learning experience if your Coach is patient & willing to guide. - People on the ground are talented, hardworking, eager to help. - A place to start-up your career for sure. - Salary remuneration is on par with industry standards.

Cons

Let’s get to the good part: - the type of benefits that matter, like medical insurance for dependents, is not high on the list of priorities. - career progression is not great for certain roles. - there is a lot of cultural brainwash and trying to be different from corporate companies. Top management does not practice what they preach. They do what they like because they can. - something you thought was a favour to someone else, will eventually become your job scope under the term “ad-hoc tasks” so you can’t argue with it. - The priority is for you to achieve goals and targets. Your health, well-being, etc. no one cares. It is deemed a you problem not a company problem. - there are some great leaders. They will fight for you. There are some not so great, who should never lead people but should focus on their own talents. Who promoted them? God knows.
