None, there is nothing good here.
Cons
No appreciation at all. Every accomplishment you make, they belittle it with negativity and make you feel like nothing is ever good enough. I was salaried but working around 70 to 75 hours a week. Corporate clowns had favorite General managers, the brown nosers, and treated the rest like crap.
