With our tremendous growth right now, you’re right that we’re working quickly. This is an industry that’s a lot of fun - and is very fast-paced. In our internal surveys, we’ve performed well in work-life balance, but we’re always open to ways to better balance lives outside the office with the needs of the business. After all, we’re in the business of connecting people with great experiences - we want to be sure that Stubbers feel like they’re connecting with our purpose, with our customers, and with the things they love to do. Travel and face-to-face meetings are certainly ideas for better communication and collaboration. We’re open to this, and in fact, encourage teams to leverage the StubHub platform for team-building events (baseball games and the upcoming COPA tournament are great options right now!), and to build relationships in-person, rather than just over the phone or through video-conferencing. We hear you on consistent performance of employees, and in our customer service office in East Granby specifically, we are 100% focused on employee leadership development to provide all of our supervisors and managers with the tools and support that they need to achieve consistent performance within their teams.
