Pros

-The people. Your coworkers become family and are incredibly talented. -Stability. The company has been around for 50 years and continues to dominate. -Exposure. You can gain a lot of knowledge about a lot of areas of the business if you proactively pursue learning.

Cons

- Favoritism. If management (c-suite) likes you, you propel quickly, if they don't, you will hit your ceiling equally as fast. Has very little to do with skill. - Zero Flexibility. Expect you to be available at all times and offer no options for working from home. - Compensation. Standard yearly raises for performance are abysmal. Employees resort to counter offer situations to get a respectable bump in pay which results in the company questioning loyalty. - Inefficient. Meeting heavy culture with multiple presentations which doesn't allow time to execute the plans constantly being discussed.

Pros

Great company to learn from. This company has a lot of moving parts and is very forgiving. if you are willing to learn this is a great place for you

Cons

There are alot of moving parts so there will be alot of opinions. This is not always bad but something to be aware of.

Pros

Good resume builder for the jewelry industry. Very fast pace and expansive so opportunity outside of your department for learning or possible career switch.

Cons

Under paid as someone in a department with visibility to gross profit our salaries were abysmal. Benefits especially PTO were mediocre. Work environment can be quite toxic upper management strongly favorites employees who agree with them and who are similar to them. If you are disliked on a personal level that far outweighs skill and work ethic
