      Non-existent leadership, Company readily struggle to follow it own processes. Leans heavily on the lower level employees to meet customers orders, leading to excessive overtime. Downplays employees concerns and often passes blame onto others.

      Pros

      The pay is OK. There are some good people employed here. Decent benefits. 401k. Pto Vacation after 1 yr Yearly raises for the first 5 yrs.

      Cons

      Poor management. No work, home balance, they expect you to live at work. The 401k is forced, you can not decline it. Best believe, this company doesn't care about employees. No communication from the top down. Something will change and you won't be notified til you've done it the previous way and get in trouble. Point system is horrendous, it takes 2 months perfect attendance to get 1 point back. Pto is hard to use. Gets denied often. Even with plenty of notice.
