HR doesn't care, only Managers matter - Assistant Manager Sun Communities Employee Review

The Regionals only care about the Managers. Same with HR. I complained to HR about sex discrimination, hostile work environment and retaliation from my supervisor. No one even responded to my complaint, let alone investigate it! I wrote to the COO John McLaren and he never responded either.
