      Pros? Mediocre health care, significant down time, New equipment, including manager trucks.

      Cons

      Advanced people into management that had ZERO experience within the markets they worked in. How they expect 350-450% growth in 1 year is beyond me. The niche divisions are NOT career positions.

      HR listens to you... only to lead you into circles and yard walks with uppermanagment ( yard walks are for conversations that never happened)

      Cons

      I have had a series of managers at Sunbelt. 5 out 6 managers were backstabing low quality clump of cells.
