Pros

This is a 100% remote job that offers some flexibility.

Cons

* No Benefits. No Medical Insurance. * Training is not good. They have a huge library of boring slide shows that does not correlate to the actual work processes. Prepare to spend two weeks watching long videos. Then they throw you clients that other associates pass on with no help or guidance. You have to read instructions for each client and figure out for yourself. If you ask for help they take it as that you cannot cope. * Too many Zoom meetings to micromanage you every second. * Although you work remotely and say they are flexible it's not quite true! They set your hours and you have very little freedom. * They are all independent franchises run to maximize profits over quality accounting work! They acquire clients by offering cheap rates that trickle down to forcing you to be fast sacrificing quality of output, You have to abide to the budget hours or get in trouble. * They say they offer a computer but never got it! Had to acquire a computer with dual monitors and use my own printer and supplies. They would not reimburse for office expenses you incur. * Exhausting interview process! Plan to go thru 6 interviews.

Pros

Remote work is excellent and there is no delay in feedback.

Cons

No training other than their rules. I was thrown into the deep end and then when someone gaslighted me I was fired.
