      Cloud solutions, interesting and diverse technologies, interesting exciting projects, staff administration/HR very good, bonus and reward schemes, company stock issued to staff as incentive

      being worldwide organisation can be difficult to get across all operations, support to remote offices a little lacking in terms of business operation direction

      Pros

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Cons

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
