      Great culture, and great learning environment, good at matching skills to tasks and providing avenues for professional improvement, competitive salary

      Centralized resources by removing local onsite IT support and relying on more generic corporate support via remote communications, meant issues more difficult to resolve

      Pros

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Cons

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
